A malt we can only describe as "delicately intense" with it's robust biscuit and wholegrain cracker notes. The lighter melanoidins deliver complex taste profiles of sourdough bread, biscuit-like sweetness, toffee, honey, and subtle caramel that will add richness and depth to your malt-forward beers.
