Malted Spelt

Hulled Uberkulmer Spelt, malted low and long, contributes subtle notes of melon rind, peach skin, and cracker. High protein delivers copious amounts of enzymes while elevated beta-glucan levels does wonders for foam and mouthfeel.  Once milled, the husk adds additional filter medium for exceptional runoff. Great for hazy IPA and other styles leveraging tropical hop aromas.
